Jobs were getting stuck caused by an SSL Update

It was notified through our channel that the Jobs were getting stuck. We discovered that one of our pages could not use our API due to a certificate issue. After running SSL scanning tool it was discovered that the certificate chain was missing. The certificate chain was downloaded from the provider and added to the server. The system was back and Jobs restarted.
