We experienced a storage-related issue with our Legacy FTP transfer service. This led to transfers failing intermittently between mid-day July 14, 2020 and July 15, 2020 at 12:50 PST. We will be enhancing our monitoring of this service to ensure the issue does not occur again in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
